Little Edie Bonnet (crochet)

£4.00

The Little Edie is a vintage inspired bonnet pattern worked up in a light worsted/aran weight yarn or combination of yarns. It’s designed to fit loosely and comfortably around the face, and to either tie in a bow under the chin or be wrapped around the neck like a scarf.

The pattern is one size and designed to fit most adult heads. It’s constructed through knitting a back panel first then using this as a base from which to shape the main portion of the bonnet, and it’s finished with ribbed edges and ribbons.

This is an advanced beginner/intermediate pattern. You must be familiar with moss stitch and comfortable with techniques such as increases, decreases, and working into the back loop.
